Join us for an hour of discussion geared towards helping you better your business and increase sales.\n\nThis months topic is The No Pressure/ Pressure Salesman. This presentation will cover non-pressure\, but effective retail selling techniques anyone can do!  The featured speaker for this month is John Voorhies from the Small Business Development Center.\n\n\n\nJohn Voorhies is an entrepreneur and business advisor with 45 years of business experience in management and small business ownership. John has a Bachelor Degree from Ohio University in Sociology and Human Resource Development\, a Master Degree in Business and Technology from Muskingum University and is a Certified Business Advisor through Kent State University. John has worked with the Small Business Development Center for 19 years as a counselor. He has been an Adjunct Business professor for Zane State College\, Kent State University and Ohio University and a program developer for Ohio Bureau of Rehabilitation and Corrections.\n\nJohn is a father of eight and grandfather of nine and is an accomplished public speaker\, musician and commercial voice over artist. John has a passion for Small Business\, specializing in marketing\, advertising and management.\n\n\n\nLight breakfast refreshments and coffee provided by Huntington Bank on Third Street in Marietta.
